The blend starts with two award-winning California-made single malts, STR and Distiller’s Cut, already making for an exciting fusion of flavors. But wait, there’s more! It also features two pot-still distilled light whiskies from the historic Seagram’s plant in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. These light whiskies are distilled to a higher proof, creating a delicate spirit that forms a canvas for the fuller flavored single malts. The result is a unique expression with a refreshing taste – perfect as an aperitif or even a meal companion. Its color is reminiscent of a lightly oaked Chardonnay, and its nose offers a delightful blend of stewed stone fruits, vanilla custard, coconut cream, and earthy aromas. Look for panacotta, light campfire embers, dandelions, and heathered honey on the palate.
