Crafted with the finest northern grains and distilled in Canada, each batch of Pendleton® Original is meticulously blended and aged in American oak barrels. The whisky is then cut to proof with pristine glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood, Oregon’s highest peak, ensuring an uncommonly smooth taste with rich, complex flavor. This time-honored process results in a whisky that is consistently refined and satisfying, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
Pendleton® Original Whisky has a golden amber color and presents a pleasing aroma of vanilla, honey, butterscotch, and custard, with a hint of freshly grated cinnamon bark. On the nose, Pendleton Blended Canadian Whisky really impresses with notes of banana cream pie, maple syrup, and caramel. The palate is inviting and offers flavors of coriander, bananas, marzipan, and ginger candy, culminating in a smooth finish with candied notes.
